The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie two Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render solutions for the community.

SASSA might be rendering providers such as new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer care enquiries, together with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency stated it's alarmed concerning the high variety of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The goal in the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your superior range of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“That is due to the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no totally functional office focused on service the area on a regular basis. The assistance place created for intervention encounters a large influx of prospective beneficiaries, which makes it here tough for your office to attend to all people who visit a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more resources to enable the servicing of all prospects and maximize use of Social Assistance expert services,” the agency said.
